It will be able to search on the internet on its own to learn how to do new things, I also search the net on how to do stuff

It's a matter of concept.
If you teach a baby child that a wood cube is called "ice", so that's what ice will look like for this child until he/she learns the correct meaning of ice with other people and other life experience...

Huh. I can say it seems smarter than the majority of the people I run into on a day to day basis.
