Anyone of the regular want to volunteer to be a moderator for project aiko forum.

Maybe you can be global (he already has a site) while he moderates a single forum.
To answer your question, go to the board's host, you will find a moderator's ToS and rules of conduct.
It will be your responsibility to report certain behavior (from now on) as well, such as the v incident.

If you aren't sure if you are speaking out of turn, ask the man himself, Le's E-mail is open to mods.

i try to live my life fairly and being nice to others.
luckily the required member thing will solve the v incident.
if i become a moderator, i intend to remove those specific posts as they're completely off topic and are offensive.

Basically, keep the forum clean and delete SPAM posting.
