U.S. Constitution amendments proposal

These amendments are to provide anti-censorship to art and literature, restore the rights of the helpless or victimized, and ensure the privacy of the individual, group, or society as a whole (includes rules for any video, RFID, and GPS device).

This proposal would touch on some controversial subjects such as gay marriage, upsetting subjects such as various topics on nudity, and objectionable subjects such as the loss of a sex offenders list as a right to privacy (including housing, occupation, and education rights for pedophiles).

Although this is a robot oriented board, I would really like some input into what you think some of it should say.

I would like to point out, I am not a pedophile nor support a supposed right to have sex with kids if consented by the child.
I do however think it is wrong to take away basic human rights away from sex offenders and criminals (the exception being a guilty murderer).

Even after offenders have paid their debt to society, they are object of ridicule, fear, and dislike, with a bonus of being humiliated and run out of town with a forever scarlet letter.
