new dress.
Like the new dress very much! Suggest you get costum jewerly broach. Drill hole for camera. Mount broach on dress so camera looks like it is part of the broach. Will hide the hole in the dress and increase the formal dinner look.

Hi,,, I am pretty much good at building stuff, but when it comes to clothing... or woman's jewelery, I have no Idea what you just say.
Broach for new dress.
A women's broach is like a decrative medal usually 1 to 2 inches in size. "Costume Jewlery" is cheap stuff like you would find at WalMart, made mostly of plastic or soft metals and gold or silver painted. A good one would be plated. Usually a fake stone or ivory or wood is in the center of the broach. YOu would mount the broach over the hole in the dress creating an illusion that the camera lense is part of the Jewlery. You would want the color at the center of the broach to match the rim color of the camera lens so they merge when viewed from a distance.

Lee is Aiko going to wear that T-shirt with www.projectaiko.com written on it that I told you about? It would help a lot with advertising the site.

Hi,
Just letting everyone know that this will be Aiko last public appearance.
I will take her apart after this. And start redesigning her Body from scratch.

Well - Youre getting more ppular in Poland:

why rebuild from scratch.
This is my understanding: The current Aiko can't walk. The center torso overheats, burned out the mainboard.
The number of processors needs to be increased. Adding working hands. And probably a host of little things Le now knows how to do better. I am just guessing here, I have no direct info other than reading this forum.

Hi
Here is a quote from aiko website
"If something is perfect, then there is nothing left for us to do. There is no room for imagination, no way to gain additional knowledge or grow. For inventors such as myself, if we make something perfect, then we have failed because it will not have created inspiration in others. It is my goal to create a humanoid that is more wonderful than anything before, but there will always be space for improvement."
I know very well Aiko v1 is not perfect, that is why Aiko v2 will be a big improve from v1.
In order for Aiko to walk, I need to redesign the body and the hip system.
It will be interesting...

Hi,
Well, this is Aiko last public apperance. It was fun. I didn't know that I have that many fans show up.
It was nice to talk all of you. I wished it was less noisy at the convention, I can't really do any demo with Aiko with all the noise surrounding us.
Can't believe Aiko was badly damage while we were carry her from the dock to the car. It's was snowing very hard and the dock was very slippery.
Perhaps this was faith..... I will start Aiko v2 soon.

Aaawh I hope the damage where not so severe even for the first version it would be bad.
Have you considered an pod like carriage for her so she could be transported safely.
You put a lot of work and effort into it.

I'm very excited to hear about Aiko progressing into Aiko v2 and at the same time sad to see Aiko v1 go.
Anyway I really admire your work in making Aiko and the BRAINS software. I wish you luck in your future works and I hope you get the money you need to further the Aiko Project.
