There's a new bill in the works called COICA (Combating Online Infringements and Counterfeits Act).
This would allow the government (presumably the American government) to shut down any site that is created to steal copyrighted works.
It would actually violate our constitutional rights, directly effecting Webmasters and registered members (and frustrating visitors).

Hearing the people's voices, they are trying to reword the bill before it's voted on again.

I would like to know how you all would word this bill, tackling these issues:

    1: Advertisements and promotion
2: Original creation and modified works
3: Private home use and commercial production
    4: Selling and renting
5: Free distribution and code keys (see free cracks)
6: Modified files and custom pictures (see modders and hackers)
    7: Freeware and open source

By the way, I see modifying files and pictures like creating a chocolate/vanilla swirl frozen yogurt with chocolate and vanilla.
