The Avengers: Earth's Mightiest Heroes

Has anybody seen this show?
They've already introduced Fantastic Four as a secondary group, without acknowledging Human Torch as a previous Avenger.

Why did Human Torch have powers before going through a meteor shower in space?
It's because he is actually a robot with a human mind, which is important to the Wonderboy (Ant Man clone) story and the Vision story (Galaxian created Vision with a robot shell and human memory engrams. Vision eventually married Scarlet Witch).

Human Torch (created by using "Project Icarus") had his own comic book (inspiration for Iron Man), which included his false identity of Johnny Storm (no such person).
Sue Storm (kindergarden to highschool) was not the same character as the other one (college student to college graduate).
