No. Those are from "ikedan" and "moekyon" - see the links in those posts. They make it in programs like Photoshop or Adobe Illustrator (or some 3D graphic software) - so any photo editing or vector graphic program will do - even MS Paint

I work with state of the art hardware and I got many request for working for companies and such

I actually am going to continue my mikubot much later, I also program and develop and betatest for lasers.
